15 x 22 inch - watercolor on 300lb Arches Cold Press
I don't think I'm quite done with this one. I'm thinking of adding a few more hills in the background and I would like to work on the shelves of water in the foreground, but I figured I would post it while I ponder what exactly to do to finish it.
Thanks Seagull. I agree the hills need a little more somethin' somethin'. Dare I ask where your tag line " I smell little weiners!!!!" came from? I envisioned walking by the booth at the fair that sells the greasy, but o-so-tasty "Little Smokies" when I read that.
Ok ok, yes the tag line has a story... you see, when i went to the state track meet, i brought a can of vienna sausages for the bus trip... and so at about three in the morning, we were rolling down the interstate bound for albany, georgia, when all of a sudden my stomach spoke to me, so i opened the nearest can... and somehow, the smell of the sausages reached my coach who was driving the bus.... and he quite awkwardly says "Hey.... i smell little weiners!!!!" i was slightly disturbed....
Rhonority - Thanks. I'm actually not as happy with the frothy goodness on this picture as I was with my last ocean scene. I'm about to start another ocean scene though so I'll be able to experiment with said froth some more.

Finally I found the time and effort to do another watchers feature. A lot of new-comers have shown up since the last feature, and I want to thank them all for being interested in my works. I've roamed through all their galleries, and picked the one, two or three best deviations made by each. I hope you will enjoy this collection as much as I enjoyed making it!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
